So there you go…BADASS Jewellery doesn’t do it very often but in honour of moving to Montreal and setting up a great new workshop, it is time to break it in and fire it up! Get in on the action and keep your eyes open for some new items coming to the speakeasy/storefront/Etsy sites…The season is coming fast…not a day to waste!

And thanks to Rosalind Robertson for being media savvy, supportive, and enthusiastic about the fun this has proven to be. Sadly you will not likely be stopped in the airport for wearing a rocket ship pendant but one never can tell. Didn’t think a sterling pistol with no moving parts was a threat either…symbolism is a very powerful thing.

Calvin is an original BADASS to be sure. “Mort” in his hockey days was a death on skates defenceman and he throws a dart with deadly accuracy. Classy cars rugged trucks and living life to the most. Hard working and hard playing, hunting, fishing… He’s true blue collar all the way. He helped make beer for near 25 years and helped put it away for longer. Smoking all the while for both activities. But that is all in the past. He never backs down when he steps up whether it is challenge or confrontation…Cal’s got backbone and integrity and heart. A good friend, husband, and father. That’s my Dad. Happy 65th. Years might take a little edge off but he’s still BADASS to the core. Not movie BADASS; Calvin is for real. And that is what it’s all about.
